I graduated from Florida Southern College with a BFA in Studio Art – Painting Concentration and a Minor in Art History in 2015. As an artist, I aim to reconcile figurative subjects with compositional elements of geometric abstraction.

Inspiration:
My work is concerned with how memories are reconstructed after years of neglect. As we age, details are forgotten, forming gaps in these recollections. We often fill these gaps with inaccurate information – details from similar events or with someone else’s account of the event, which could be incorrect itself. I want to show the viewer how this new memory can differ from what originally occurred.
